can you expound on the point you were trying to make? Because I was having trouble following what you were trying to say. Surely by virtue of being a widow it isn't a pass to operate with impunity, right?

In many of the contexts of the verses you quoted I think the context is more from a socioeconomic perspective rather than a blanket "widow" (losing a husband). I think you would probably agree that contextualizing verses is useful?

lastly both of you seem to have claimed that she was attacking you for the scripture; to me I thought she was just making fun of your delivery / pageantry. That was my takeaway.
