My latest video. I made a (Romanian) version of Robert C. Tucker's Marx-Engels Reader and here I talk about the texts within it.

@DAnCommie @mithaldu@AnnoyedAutist Nah lmao, but in your defense, the sarcasm is turned up to the max in this one, out of context it can seem like M&E are arguing for the socdem position
@DAnCommie @mithaldu@AnnoyedAutist It's a text where Marx and Engels clown on socdems who held Vaush's (and his defenders') positions. My joke was that this cope keeps coming back again and again.
@DAnCommie @mithaldu@AnnoyedAutist What new interesting developments have the socdems come up with now! Never before in history has anyone heard such ideas.

For socialism, which wants to emancipate human labour-power from its status of a commodity, the realisation that labour has no value and can have none is of great importance. [...] A fine sort of socialism that would be—perpetuating professional porters!

@Athenion3 They aren't only wrong on the means, they are also wrong on the ends. The reformists usually forego the free association of producers et all and shoot for various forms of social democracy, so their means now suit their ends.
