Ryuchell, who had recently come out has trans, was found dead from an apparent suicide. They were working so hard on their new image and new music, but transphobic people would harass them too… I'm crushed. I had such hopes for them.

I think I feel like my transness isn't an important part of my identity because it almost feels like a battle I've already won. But the truth is my transness was never a battle to win, it's a special part of me that I'll live with forever. 🧡
