Jusinbello cancelled the directly giving gift part when we were lining for fansign. The opportunity to give gifts in person was clearly included as part of the ticket benefits. Since it has been canceled at the last minute, shouldn’t there be a refund?

Apparently they think they can make up rules whenever they want, they can even punish you in any way they want, I paid to be slapped like a circus animal or is that a weird s/m theme party?😅

The way this could be avoided if they were transparent about the rules instead of making them along the way by making a post in each of their sm bc I too got screamed at by a dude which made me panic and it was right as I was getting the poster signed? Pull me aside and say it.

@pipouroad Tbh I really didn’t know that only one device rule, she gave me no chance to at least defend myself, just took all our videos away, I was sad and terrified when she was yelling, at that point I just wished to be safe 🙏

Stop using our love for the artists to abuse us, to “do whatever you want”
we are customers and tourists, you have no right to treat us that way, you are not my “boss”

One more point: recordings with artists are precious memories for fans, which is why we repeatedly confirmed the rules with staff beforehand and received permission.

Everything was fine at first, until a female staff suddenly took away our phones and later admitted that she personally deleted all of our videos as “punishment” because she believed we had “broken the rules.”

If there was any misunderstanding, we were fully willing to communicate calmly. Instead, we were met with bullying, threats, and a complete refusal to listen , even the male staff who had originally approved us was ignored by her.

She repeatedly insisted that only her rules mattered, regardless of what we had previously been told, and threatened to throw us out if we continued trying to defend ourselves.

What’s more, during the Platinum benefits session, we were suddenly informed that we could no longer hand gifts directly to the artists, despite this being listed as an official benefit on the event website. Fans were upset, every gift had been prepared with love.

This post is not asking for any response. I simply hope fans will also take the organizers’ professionalism and treatment of fans into consideration before deciding whether to attend events.

Communication gaps happen when events get busy, but fans deserve kind treatment. Organizers shouldn't arbitrarily take personal property or vent their negative emotions onto fans. Hoping @OPENLABEL_TH stays mindful of this and prioritizes fan safety moving forward.
