HUGE PRs in shotput and discus at the Southern Section Masters meet. I'm going to states for both!

[Zach Lewis @lewis_throws]

Best throws double I've ever had at empire league finals!
162'11 Discus PR
56'9 shotput
Numbers are going up very soon

Mt SAC was enjoyable! No big numbers, but I matched my official PR of 56'10 in shotput (2nd place) and got 152'11 in discus, which is just average. Currently going up for states

Very consistent day at Arcadia in shot. Just couldn't pop one off, but that'll come real soon. 5/6 throws over 54 feet

1st place in shotput with 56'10 and 4th place in discus with 156'4 for a very good opening meet today at the John Godina invitational. Great time getting to see most of the throwers I'll see at states.
