@virginmedia I suggest going forward you give the cancellations number, the stress and frustration from your customer service team must be a factor in your complaints ratio.
Honestly they are absolutely diabolical, one of the worst customer service experiences and told I can't escalate... 🤔

@virginmedia Call you on the 15th as my bill went up by 75%, called to cancel, I am told we can offer you a better deal. Get my new bill it's even higher than the original increase. Called you back... Been on hold for an hour to get an explanation! Shocking... Can't even cancel!

@virginmedia Finally got through... He couldn't help me, repeated the previous person mislead me. Went through to cancellations team who were so helpful and understanding.
I suggest anyone who is renewing go straight to cancellations, the CS a diabolical on 03454541111.
