The Community Paediatric Service team @OldhamCO_NHS recently received support to kickstart their improvement project. They reduced average waiting times from 36 to 29 weeks and aim to reach 18 weeks soon. They enhanced their QI knowledge and received Level 1 and 2 accreditation.
