@TfL why has a very condescending member of staff advised my rail ticket , which shows as valid for one journey on the underground, was refused and I was talked down to 'because its a train ticket not the underground' and been forced to pay for a further journey?
@nationalrailenq why have I just been advised that my rail ticket that shows includes a journey across London, does not, are national rail selling tickets with false info or are tfl ignoring your conditions of carriage?
@chilternrailway why have you waited until 3 mins before it was due to finally say the 15.41 from Moor street to Marylebone was 30 mins late, this couldn't have been a surprise?
@UtilitaArenaBHM It took you 90 minutes to have a member of staff convey any information to people waiting - that's the bare minimum and took that long, that is genuinely pathetic
@AvantiWestCoast I was due to be on the 15.36 from Euston to Birmingham tomorrow which has been cancelled I assume I can catch the 16.10. given it appears to be the last service, what happens when it is inevitably overcrowded and people are not allowed on?
@AvantiWestCoast Given it's the second leg of a journey and the first part isn't on strike, it's the only one I can get, again what happens if it's overcrowded and cannot get on?
@AvantiWestCoast any chance of providing an update on the 12.47 to London Euston from Birmingham. Just says delayed, and staff on train have said absolutely nothing???
@CrossCountryUK had my delay repay tell me I was an hour late when I was nearly three, email says if you think it's wrong appeal. Go to appeal and can't, am I just supposed to guess when you'll actually make it so a can, what a waste of my time, pathetic
@ArgosHelpers I purchased a wardrobe from you and the quality is absolutely shocking, several pieces of wood have shattered because of dowel rods! can I get my money back please. Attached is one such piece
@AvantiWestCoast Why do you bother booking seats for people of it never works? It's bad enough dealing with the rush of people at Euston (still a moronic practice) without then having to fight for your own seat
