I'm sorry, @Parcel2Go officially has the worst customer service known to delivery. We sent a package to @PoetryBookSoc two weeks ago - TWO WEEKS!! - they have not delivered it. #Evri accepts that they misplaced the parcel & didn't deliver it, yet Parcel2Go is rejecting our claim.
I've never had as bad an experience dealing with a company as I have @Parcel2Go... Shipped something on **8TH AUGUST** which was lost and still no refund, yet I've had to refund the buyer out of my own pocket.
