Tomorrow we remember Brian Parsons, who passed away peacefully on 4 June, aged 81.
Brian will be deeply missed by his wife Sarah, his family, and everyone fortunate enough to have known him.
His funeral service will take place at 12:30pm at Basingstoke Crematorium, followed by a celebration of his life at The Clubhouse, where all are welcome.
In keeping with Brian's wishes, guests are invited to wear smart casual attire, avoid black where possible, and, if they wish, wear the colours or shirts of Basingstoke Town, Chelsea or Reading.
Our thoughts are with Sarah, Brian's family and friends as they prepare to celebrate a life so well lived. π
This week, we opened our doors to offer a warm welcome in a refreshingly cool space.
The response from our community was incredible. From parents with young children and people working from home to older residents and visitors simply looking for somewhere comfortable, we're so pleased it made a difference.
The story even made the news...
