Success isn’t overnight, this is through an accumulation of many years, most of it in the last few months. Consistency leads to better habits and in trading that’s following your rules, capital preservation, and simply showing up everyday. Your conviction reflects your success.. or your demise . Trade wisely
@market_sleuth It’s feels like everyone is in competition with each other, is the prize really worth putting other people down ? .. hurt people hurt people
Trading is gambling no matter how well anyone try’s to justify it. Making serious money requires risk, and sure it comes with ego(btw that same ego others have to give him hate) . Acting like you never felt that just isn’t honest. At the end of the day it should be a community not a competition
Since markets have existed, there’s always irresponsible trading.. a lot of people who made it big either give it all back or the few who are disciplined walk away. I don’t disagree that their are proper trading habits but over a long period of time, who hasn’t gone a through times where they break their own rules ? It happens to everyone.. if there’s someone who avoided that completely, I’d genuinely like to see it.
Been following jloc since he had 100 followers. He never forced anyone to follow his trades, nor does he advise them to. It’s been each person making their own decisions . At the end of the day trading is gambling, and we’ve all full ported at least once during our trading careers.. it isn’t new but what’s concerning is what traders go through after blowing up mentally and emotionally.
@market_sleuth This makes my day! John, you truly deserve it. Since following you (Oct 2024) I can’t put into words how profoundly your insights have impacted my trading career. Inspired to do the same for other 🙏🏼
@market_sleuth Goes to show how conditioned market participants are to one direction, “tumbling” “puking” “tanking” to pretty much describe unchanged … won’t end well
