@IDme I made a twitter account since you guys are unreachable. I waited 4 hours to have a video chat with someone. Once it hit 2 hours the time stopped decreasing. Then shortly after that, it froze and said an error occurred. This is ridiculous why can’t we get a call back?!

@IDme @IDme still no reply. I got an email saying we can set up a time, I replied last night giving times for today and tomorrow. If you guys don’t call me by tomorrow then we will have to set up a new time and you take ages to reply. We only have a few more days

@IDme I put an alarm just to wake up at 3 am to see if the wait time would improve. It still says more than 5 hours. How will we ever get through this on time

@IDme so did you guys do this for show? No one has reached out to me! I’ve waited 12 hours! We have less than 10 days to complete this!! You guys say 88% of people go through without the video chat yet don’t have employees equipped to deal with the 12% that don’t.

@IDme I dm’d you and it’s been 14 hours. It’s ridiculous that EDD has given us a time frame while using a website this difficult. I checked at 6 am and the wait time was still 4 hours and 51 minutes. Ridiculous
