@Dell repair dept installs a new motherboard in my laptop. 6 months later the MB dies (I barely use this laptop) and they say sorry the warranty is only 90 days for our repairs. Now I’m left with a brick. I paid $400 for a garbage part #dontbuydell

@thriveworks my therapist was great, but have lost all trust in this company. I can’t imagine what it would be like for someone who has more mental health issues than I to deal with this added stress. #thriveworks

I never do this, but do not use @Thriveworks for your counseling needs. I have MORE STRESS after using their services than I had prior. Their billing and customer service department is an absolute mess and they have charged me continually while not returning any of my calls.

I was told my therapy appointments would be $0 by multiple cs reps. I made sure of this before I went to any appointment. BUT NOW I am now being charged full price ($149!!!) per visit (6-7 visits) before I started getting billed!
