@mrkrkrs Tf does their second rate striker from AS Monaco being suspended have to do with corruption? I can think of a million better ways to corrupt a sport
@JamesLe58084435@dannyoh337 No one feels stupid, because again, it was never about the player being out. It was about the decision to completely revoke the suspension. When that hasn’t happened since the introduction of the red card, people will naturally start to ask questions. Just try to understand.
@will67676761859@madn3s552@calwokebot@CryptoZPunisher fair play proved me wrong, you definitely showed that the latest friendly proved absolutely nothing in terms of quality difference. good luck in the next round 👏
@ButtonsBramhall@PistolRick It’s not the same concept at all. And no one’s upset. People just rightfully start asking questions. You said it yourself, it has been done before, but i can’t remember a case where the suspension was completely reversed.
@loganknowsbest@PistolRick But it doesn’t warrant the suspension being completely reversed, especially when you consider it has never happened before in a World Cup.
@loganknowsbest@PistolRick Again, the second rate striker playing or not is not the problem. It’s the fact that the decision to reverse a suspension, which never ever happened before in World Cup history, gets made so easily for a 50/50 decision. The decision was harsh in my opinion….
@ButtonsBramhall@PistolRick You’re comparing being falsely imprisoned to a ref making a subjective decision to send off a player, a scenario where plenty of players have been sent off for. Come on man.
@1CH1GO_UZUMAK1@PistolRick It’s a subjective call though. Saying he broke a rule by making a subjective decision is just ridiculous. Although i think the decision was harsh, not once has it ever happened in World Cup history that a suspension was completely reversed.
@dtjpa_@shaedon71@PistolRick It was reduced to one game, big difference. A suspension from red card rarely gets completely reversed, especially during a World Cup (in fact, I’m pretty sure it never happened during a World Cup). You’d be a fool to think there wasn’t a little political influence involved.
@BigChud69@madn3s552@calwokebot@CryptoZPunisher what are you on about? the USA have never defeated Belgium in a friendly or in a World Cup game. you lot are so clueless about the level difference it’s actually hilarious
@Kevin_Kinkead That’s not the point though is it? Bad calls get made every game, but only one team gets their decisions corrected? Don’t you think that’s a little unfair?
@Kjlowe_88@oldschoolfella0@IcyVert And do you think any other team would achieve the same result? You can’t deny that this reeks of political influence. Bad calls get made every game, but not all of them get overturned. That’s extremely rare.
