@yiningkarlli Yep, couldn't agree more. I think the keynote was the best presentation at DigiPro this year.

[Lex French @lexfrench]

[Lex French @lexfrench]

@SirWrender Awesome VFX artists reacts video! A little disappointed you didn't talk about Manuka and all the pretty caustics. I guess you'll need to get Eric back. 😉

@bfod print("here!!")

Or

// TODO: WTF?

[Lex French @lexfrench]

@atomchildx Plan or no, there is no excuse for his asshole behavior towards the tweeps, disparaging comments towards the devs who have kept the platform running and then demanding those left agree to sweatshop style working conditions with no work/life balance in order to pay off his dept

[Lex French @lexfrench]

@atomchildx There are better and cheaper ways of doing that but even if that were the case, wouldn't the greatest asset of the old platform be the technologist who built it and understand the requirements of running a large scale multinational platform?

[Lex French @lexfrench]

@christophercrzt I thought of another, and I'm a bit upset at myself for not thinking of it earlier...

Bill and Ted! 😆

[Lex French @lexfrench]

@christophercrzt The trekkie in me wants to say Star Trek. But other things that come to mind without googling are Tomorrowland and Demolition Man? I guess it depends on your perspective though?

[Lex French @lexfrench]

@yiningkarlli Haha, yep. Space battles and flying super heroes always make me nervous for this exact reason.

[Lex French @lexfrench]

@molly_struve PagerDuty call on Christmas Eve..

@okamisalamii @CurlyHairedHero @ThePretender317 @PixarRecruiting The code is a C-based raytracer that produced the rendered "Pixar" image in my original post. If you're interested in programming, I encourage you to run the code yourself and see the results! 😀

[Lex French @lexfrench]

@bethsasseen Thanks Beth, this was a fun way to spend my Sunday morning!
