I wonder how much of this is a listing agent marketing norm vs forced sellers where homes trade at % discount to orig list price

Was trying to wrap my head around some of the crazy home prices in neighborhoods that I know there

definite lack of supply and on the demand side more people can qualify for larger mortgages when the taxes alone might be $1K less/month than if taxed at the actual purchase price

I just realized that it is one of the few states that doesn't have a state-mandated frequency of value reassessments for property taxes so all of the homes they are looking at have property taxes based on the assessed value in 1983

I don't know. I don't live in Wilco but 14 total votes seems pretty unrealistic unless those districts are extremely small or something else that I am missing
