This is Abdullah Al-Khateeb, the younger brother of Hamza Al-Khateeb, who was detained, tortured, and killed by the Assad regime at the age of 13.

Hamza’s dead body had broken bones, gunshot wounds, burn marks, & severed genitals.

Today, his brother protested in A’zaz.
