trauma, you’re strong for how you carry yourself in a positive manner after the fact. everyone is hurting or mentally ill in some way. they don’t always let it affect other people. get therapy and listen instead of only being listened to, take your meds, and want to be healthy.
fuck self-sabotagers. people who do things to hurt themselves and others that they know is unhealthy and just say “it’s because i’m mentally ill”. you don’t put in the work by going to therapy, you put it in by executing what you learned. you’re not strong for going through -
