Heartbreaking news. South Africa international and Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Jayden Adams has sadly passed away at the age of 2,5, @SundayWorldZA confirm. 💔🇿🇦
Adams recently made his World Cup debut with South Africa and played a key role in Mamelodi Sundowns’ successful CAF Champions League campaign.
Two weeks ago, Adams lost his grandmother Marianna Adams but demonstrated remarkable professionalism by featuring for Bafana Bafana in their World Cup match against Czechia.
Our condolences and thoughts go out to his family, friends, teammates, and everyone at Mamelodi Sundowns.
Rest in peace, Jayden. 🕊️
Young age. Big mentality. 💫⚽
Ahmed (22) and John (10) proudly represented the MSA badge at the Watoto Wasoka Christmas Camp 2025/26.
Quick combinations. Intelligent movement. Fearless football. They showed quality, confidence, and a winning mentality every time they stepped onto the pitch.
The future is bright. 💙🌟

I am a brand designer and after seeing this conversation on my timeline all day long, I know how these products can reach full potential, on the local and international markets.
I’ll tell you HOW below 👇 🧵
In Christianity, 40 often symbolizes a period of trial, judgment, repentance, or preparation:
The Flood lasted 40 days and 40 nights. Moses spent 40 days on Mount Sinai. The Israelites wandered the wilderness for 40 years. Jesus fasted for 40 days and Christ appeared for 40 days after his resurrection.
In Islam, 40 is also deeply significant:
The Qur'an associates 40 with maturity.
Prophet Muhammad received his first revelation at the age of 40.
In football, it's been exactly 40 days since Arsenal won the Premier League.
This is so sad. Jayden passed away today morning at around 5pm after a long battle with sick cell anemia. He had flown out for a bone marrow transplant in May and has since been in ICU. May his soul rest in peace 😭
It’s been always a great dream to do something that is so close to my heart, growing up in one of the remotest villages in Uganda 🇺🇬
Where one would ask; can something good come out of this place? a child that had ambitions to achieve something.
Friends, this baby is taking shape in the scenic magical #Kapchorwa

They treat us as subhuman.
They kill our people for fun
They rape our sisters and brothers.
They torture us on camera.
They abduct us without remorse.
They tear families apart.
They drive people into exile.
They push others to commit suicide.
They rig elections with impunity.
They mock us and post humiliating images of our comrades in captivity.
Then they ask us “What will you do about it?”
But when we remind them, that they too are mortal, and that pain has a way of returning to its source, they suddenly remember the language of ‘morality’.
Go and preach that fake morality to Yasin Kawuma’s mother.
Preach it to the children of Johnbosco Kibalama., Eddy Mutwe or Waiswa Mufumbiro.
Preach it to the family of John Ddamulira and to the countless other victims of the Museveni family.
Don’t try to weaponize ‘morality’ to shield injustice and brutality.
It won’t work with this generation!
Yes, we believe in morality, but silence in the face of injustice is not morality. It is complicity, it is hypocrisy!
