@aonanuga1956 The refineries must go the way of NLNG, reduce govt holdings to 30%, allow placement of 70% of its shares let majority owners run it and pay dividends to govt and shareholders. I believe that's what President Tinubu wants to do, except that no way out for the refineries to work

@humhreyGO @TENIBEGILOJU202 fuel &dollar rate he talked about were heavily subsidized not true value ,hence Nigeria was owing $7B in obligations to foreign airlines alone, the first money paid by this government.The dollar rates then was artificual because it doesn't reflect the real value, truth.
