One of the most craziest lore surrounding Monero! Back in 2018–2019, The Church of Monero turned XMR into a full-blown “religion” weekly masses, rituals passing 0.0420 XMR around a circle, Faith points, a Reverend, Preacherbot, conference appearances and Church branding.

Then came the controversy: accusations that Church branding and a personal donation address were added to a conference flyer without agreement, sparking drama across the community.
