I have a passion for family & entrepreneurship. I am driven by finding better ways of doing things and let my Catholic faith light my path in life & business.

@Robertfantauzzi Hopefully, they will find the best person and that may not be a woman. I find it investing that all the name mentioned are women and not the most qualified people available.

75% of business owners want to exit their business in the next 10 years.

[LezlieSnoozyKaitfors @LezlieSK]

I’m excited to share that I’ve earned my CEPA® (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) designation. 🎓

Why this matters: most business owners have 80–90% of their wealth tied up in their company, but very few have a clear, intentional plan for how they’ll someday step away—on their terms. Exit planning isn’t just about a sale price; it’s about aligning your business, finances, and life so the next chapter is just as meaningful as the one you’re in.

This CEPA® work fits right into what I already do—helping owners build strong cultures, better leadership, and more resilient, valuable companies. Now I can go even deeper in helping you grow transferable value and design an exit or succession that serves you, your family, and your team.

Here’s to building businesses that let us thrive as one—today and at transition. 🤝

🚨 BREAKING: Nobel Peace Prize winner Maria Corina Machado says President Trump DESERVES IT. Liberals are about to fume.

"I decided to dedicate it to President Trump because he deserves it! Because not only has he been involved in only a few months in solving 8 wars, but his actions have been decisive to have Venezuela now at a threshold of freedom after 26 years of tyranny!"

"I INSIST he deserves it."

"President Trump has been very clear, courageous in terms of dismantling these criminal structures. And on behalf of the Venezuelan people, I reaffirmed our gratitude and our commitment to this cause for the whole of America."

@DOGE_IRS If all the backlogged ERC payments could be paid, that would be great. We had some filed in August 2023 that we still have not received as well as the interest we are owed due to the delayed payments.

[LezlieSnoozyKaitfors @LezlieSK]

@elonmusk If a "for-profit" company did this, they would have been out of business over a decade ago. How are we okay with the such poor performance & efficiencies in "not-for-profits"? The WASTE in government efficiency could be solved by most 3rd graders. This is beyond any defensability

Nearly 3 minutes straight of Democrats saying preemptive presidential pardons means you’re guilty:

Biden just preemptively pardoned Fauci, Milley, Jan 6th committee, and his family.

@Mistysmornings Still feels like a crazy dream.

@SF_KWeston @XRPLion1 I am no expert. Here is how I see it. The majority of "jobs" will be unnecessary. The top employers in most communities are gov't, schools, & health care. If the most may be no longer necessary, it appears to me there will be an abundance of time & talent available.

[LezlieSnoozyKaitfors @LezlieSK]

@doody445 @GovKristiNoem We prefer to keep it that way! We see the stars, don't sit in traffic, breathe fresh air, connect w/ nature, have meaningful communities, leave our yard sale items out all night w/o anything being touched, have firmly planted, stable roots, & see more beauty than is decribeable.

[LezlieSnoozyKaitfors @LezlieSK]

@addalina1 @GovKristiNoem Yes!!!! Most of the business owners I work with can not recruit adequate staff because of the housing crisis. And, it is a CRISIS for everyone, but the wealthy. The Black Hills is turning into another Jackson Hole. The middle class is being squeezed out.

[LezlieSnoozyKaitfors @LezlieSK]

@GovKristiNoem This would be great to combine with initiatives to help people live healthier lifestyles so they are not on Rx. Some solutions: Improve food sources, reduce carb consumption recommendations by USDA, & lean into holistic solutions vs. big pharma generated ones.

[LezlieSnoozyKaitfors @LezlieSK]

@GovKristiNoem This is great for our beautiful state. The problem is that w/ all the people moving here, we don't have enough housing & prices are through the roof. SD had the largest increase in rent last year at 26.8%. This is a big issue we need to solve quickly.

@njmajerus @frankthorp Those that are 81 have so much wisdom that as a society, we have to stop pushing aside for the sake of the perception that youthfulness is always better. I know 81 year-olds that are healthier and sharper and 50 year-olds who are unhealthy and have dementia. It is an individual.

@FoxNews I am saddened when I drive across our open prairies, which are now littered with windmills. Not to mention the severe environmental impact they are making and what will become of the waste in 10 - 20 years.

[LezlieSnoozyKaitfors @LezlieSK]

@govkristinoem This is exciting! It is FAR past time education gets innovated. We are using an industrial age institution which is not equipped to prepare people for the current era & the future.
Having put four kids into college over a 6 year period with 50% completion rate, I say YAY to this!

There is something about this photo that doesn’t seem real to me, does anyone else think the same ?

From the onset of the pandemic, corporate media outlets were advocating for lockdowns, school closures, and forced masking of children.

Two years later? The facts show lockdowns didn't work, masks didn't reduce spread, and that Democrats followed politics – not science.
