I don't know what your mood is, but to me @apple feels today, in a strange way, like the company Steve Jobs came back to save.

My sense is that the iPhone and the App Store are turning into a rent, and AI will slowly change what a personal device needs to be. I still can't make sense of Apple TV or Vision Pro.

Apple's vitality was always Think Different. Right now I can't tell if it still does. Don't get fooled by the stock price; it can vanish in no time.

Trim back to the core. Get rid of the B teams and B products, and get your A teams to build A products. Above all, take back control of manufacturing and make it your marketing.

Don't waste this opportunity.

They are somewhat connected actually in most cases. Some call them compensatory measures, community charges etc. A new infrastructure project like an energy power plant or datacenter generally builds something for the community in proportion to some metric.

A new datacenter could just help build homeless shelters or other things useful to society. The balance of “what” to build is often debatable, but these 2 things go hand in hand to my view.
