🚨🇵🇸 Palestinian goalkeeper Saleem Al-Ashqar was killed by the IDF earlier this week when multiple tanks and armored vehicles opened fire on hundreds of civilians who were out scavenging for resources.

According to Palestinian authorities, his death brings the total number of Palestinian athletes killed since October 7, 2023, to around 1,070, while the overall civilian death toll has surpassed 74,000. 💔

Al-Ashqar had been married for just five months, and his wife is also said to be pregnant with their child.
