🚨 BREAKING: Nvidia just released Chat with RTX, an AI chatbot that runs locally on your PC.
It can summarize or search documents across your PC's files and even YouTube videos and playlists.
The chatbot runs locally, meaning results are fast, you can use it without the internet, and the user's data stays private.
New day, new chatbot. Let's go.
One of the coolest things about Pika 1.0 is that it lets you upload your own video footage and use generative AI to edit and reimagine the scene.
This alone makes @pika_labs one of the most useful AI video tools out there.
One of the most exciting AI launches of the year tbh
Most people aren't aware of DALL-E 3's full potential.
I've spent the past 3 weeks deep diving into DALL-E 3 to uncover its capabilities.
Here are my top 10 tutorials:
Color schemes are super useful in Midjourney.
They can totally change how an image looks.
For instance, I made all 4 website designs below with the same prompt:
modern UI UX food website landing page design [color combination] --style raw
Only the colors differ:
1. blue and silver
2. pink and black
3. olive and gold
4. red and white
This change alone causes the entire website to look different.
The food is different, the atmosphere is different, even the fonts are different.
Usually, a combination of two colors (eg. blue and silver) is better than a single color.
Do you use color schemes in Midjourney?

23 lessons from David Ogilvy:
1. Search all the parks in all your cities; you'll find no statues of committees.
2. The best ideas come as jokes. Make your thinking as funny as possible.
3. You are advertising to a moving parade, not a standing army.
4. Do not address your readers as though they were gathered together in a stadium. When people read your copy, they are alone.
5. Remember you are a human being writing to another human being. Neither of you is an institution
6. Tell your prospective client your weakness before they notice them. This will make you more credible when you boast about your strong points.
7. Avoiding excess in all things is a recipe for dullness and mediocrity.
8. A good advertisement is one which sells the product without drawing attention to itself.
9. There is no need for advertisements to look like advertisements. If you make them look like editorial pages, you will attract about 50% more readers
10. Big ideas come from the unconscious. This is true in art, in science, and in advertising. But your unconscious has to be well-informed, or your idea will be irrelevant
11. People who think well, write well
12. The most important word in the vocabulary of advertising is 'test'.
13. On average, five times as many people read the headline as read the body copy.
14. When you have written your headline, you have spent eighty cents out of your dollar.
15. Tell the truth, but make the truth fascinating
16. Advertising is only evil when it advertises evil things.
17. Advertising people who ignore research are as dangerous as generals who ignore decodes of enemy signals.
18. Raise your sights. Blaze new trails. Compete with the immortals.
19. I am a lousy copywriter, but I am a good editor. So I go to work editing my own draft.
20. If you're trying to persuade people to buy something, use the language in which they think.
21. Insist that due dates are kept even if it means working all night. Hard work never killed a man. People die of boredom
22. If you are lucky enough to write a good advertisement, repeat it until it stops selling.
23. At the start of your career in advertising, what you learn is more important than what you earn.

Yesterday I shared a Midjourney prompt to generate ideas for your app interface.
But the interfaces generated usually contain lots of graphics and images - which is not always suitable.
Use this prompt instead if you want a cleaner, simpler design:
modern ios ui/ux design of a [type of app], professional ui design, award winning, figma --style raw --stylize 50
The key differences are "--style raw" and "--stylize 50".
Adding these to the prompt reduces the size of visual elements such as photos, graphs and charts inside the app interface.
Thus, they make the design cleaner and more minimalistic.
That's all for now.
I hope you found the tip useful!
Tomorrow, I'll be sharing a prompt to make landing pages for websites.

Why is nobody talking about the people getting filthy rich on GPT wrappers right now?
Some are outperforming Billion dollar companies in web traffic.
The list "was an almost even split between wrappers, fine tunes, and proprietary models."
This means some GPT-wrappers get MORE monthly visits as companies with billion-dollar valuations.
But yet, I keep hearing, "GPT wrappers have no long-term moats."
I'm convinced they just want you to think the opposite.
It's the biggest goldmine of 2023. https://t.co/BMLtWttiLr
Just 3 days since Midjourney’s insane NEW Inpainting feature came out and it’s Wild.
No more paying for Adobe Generative Fill & many others.
Over 100 posts created and I’ve generated 1000+ images using it.
Here are 17 game-changing examples:
AI THREAD :: 27 Parameter Variations with the same prompt in Midjourney ::
#midjourney#midjourney52#AIArtwork#aiartist
Stylize (--s) : Default 100 - Mid 550 - Max 1000
Chaos (--c) : Default 0 - Mid 50 - Max 100
Weird (--w) : Default 0 - Mid 1500 - Max 3000
Portrait of an old woman, photograph by [YOUR ARTIST], in the style of [YOUR STYLE] --c {0, 50, 100} --w {0, 1500, 3000} --s {100, 550, 1000} --style raw --v 5.2
Here is how to write your prompt to set up a combination of parameters in midjourney (you must be in fast mode) and the limit is 10 occurrences, so I cut my process into 3 series of 9 pictures :
1: --c & --s
2: --c & --w
3: --w & --s
For this first variation I voluntarily lowered the value of the stylize parameter to 0 which is below the default level (--s 100) ⬇️
Prompt share.

Continued some explorations with @nickfloats where we blend our prompts together.
There's something inherently relaxing about creating minimalist themes.

In 2001, Warren Buffett gave a talk at the University of Georgia.
He asked them the most Warren Buffett question ever:
• If you could invest in a friend and get 10% of their income for life -- who would you pick?
Once the students answered the question, he then asked this:
• Why would you invest in that person?
• What character traits do they have?
Now they have a list of character traits to adopt.
Shortly after this, Buffett asked:
If you could short a friend's earnings, who would you pick and why?
Now you have a list of character traits to avoid.
----
1. Do not think this thought experiment is only about money.
You can use it for whatever currency you value.
E.g. Happiness coin
If you could get 10% of a friend's happiness, who would you invest in and why?
If you could short someone's happiness, who would you pick and why?
You can run the same thought experiment with Fitness coin, Friendship coin, Romance coin, etc`
2. This thought experiment is genius because it hacks a bug in life's video game:
Humans are terrible at self-awareness.
But we are great at spotting things in other people.
E.g. If your friend is in the wrong relationship, you can realize in 10 minutes what may take them 10 years.
Daniel Kahneman summarised his book on cognitive biases with the following:
“The premise of this book is that it is easier to recognize other people’s mistakes than our own.” - Daniel Kahneman
3. Nuance - It has to be purely from merit.
Buffett says it can't be because someone will inherit a large sum from their parents.
It has to be based on their behavior.
E.g. If you want 10% of someone's fitness coin, it's not because of incredible genetics -- is because of the actions they take.
