@Halfords_uk It's actually gone up 10x because I have to walk instead of being able to cycle because you STILL haven't delivered my bike which was due on 24th August.

@Halfords_uk@Chris_Boardman I don't even use Twitter or X as it's now called but it seems this is the only possible way to get in touch with someone and get an actual update/answer as I need the bike.
I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it was 10+ day delivery
@Halfords_uk I ordered a new @boardmanbikes on 21st August with a 3-5 days delivery.
It is now 10 days and several useless interactions with your customer support team and still no update on where my bike is. In fact, the last email I got asked me to rate my recent order! 😮
And guess what... still no email update.
I also spoke to a CS rep who had a very dodgy, breaking phone line (you couldn't make it up) and she said she would also follow up with an email record.
STILL NOTHING.
The couriers' site (DHL) says they haven't even received it from you
