If you live in Lagos for long, you can claim you're a lagosian but you're not an indigene of lagos.
How is this difficult to comprehend?
Last time I Checked, anyone can contest for elections anywhere in Nigeria, even if you're not resident or an indigene there.
Politicians sponsoring the bill to cancel indigenous people right are probably paying influencers to tweet about it. You will see more tweets about it in a few weeks time. They want to create public acceptance so the bill can be passed easily.
