According to the Air Force commander, the large-scale strike on Iran that was planned last week was halted at the very last moment:
“The entire Air Force was ready to take off for a broad strike formation. Just hours away from the launch order, with shortened alert time, exceptional flexibility, full armament of the Air Force, planning, preparation, and readiness for takeoff to strike hundreds of targets deep inside Iran.

The attack was stopped while we were still briefing the squadrons, only an hour before the formation was set to take off.”

In other words: Israel was fully armed, fully prepared, and moments away from hitting hundreds of targets in Iran — until Trump intervened and stopped it.

The resolution includes a series of large-scale strategic steps in the fields of infrastructure, research and development, the human capital, the labor market, the public service, and international collaborations.

Just now Iran said no deal unless Israel leaves southern Lebanon. So they got the message.

Of course, Lebanon has said Iran doesn’t call the shots in Lebanon and is trying to drag them into a deal to protect Hezbollah.  Yep.

Meanwhile, none of us have seen the MOU. Israel says it has not seen the MOU.  Qatar, Pakistan, and Iran have seen it and helped negotiate it.
