If you know of organizations in need of support right now — eg develop messaging to reach those who need services or use technology platforms to clarify or share information — let us know.
We're fired up and ready to volunteer the skills we have to lend a hand.

This is so true 😩
Have you seen examples of tone/writing guides that actually get referenced by those you want to use them the most? Maybe a different format altogether?
I'm going to be spending the spring in Munich this year . Any recommendations — things to do/see? people to meet up with? epic playgrounds to check out?
The talent in Boston's city hall right now is really something. @MayorWu has assembled a TEAM. Thrilled to see what this team does (and continues to do!)

A painfully accurate description of how it feels to navigate gov services.
It's hard to imagine the frictions and confidence required to complete a form, application, etc — when each step feels like you're doing something wrong — *doesn't* result in rationing.
"I just really want this to work out I keep feeling like an idiot trying to do this application process.
I'm a really prepared person and I usually feel comfortable around a computer.
I just feel like I'm missing something in this process."
We're hiring! Looking for a PM who loves bringing people together and delivering work that's focused on *showing* rather than telling.
Experience with discovery sprints and working with clients a bonus. Please share!
