@BathFitter I have patiently waited for a call back from a mgmt resource. Last week I was advised the delay was vacation. Please honor your warranty! I have called multiple times over the last few weeks and due to call volumes was forced to leave a message. Please call!!!

@riteaid I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service, efficiency, or care provided by @riteaid. I transferred a prescription to @riteaid on Monday and the experience has been a saga! This location does not answer the phone, the lines and wait times are horrible!

@DIRECTV I am having the worse customer service experience of my entire life with Directv! I have been on hold for over 30 minutes in an effort to get a status on a receiver that is being shipped to me.
@DIRECTV none of the agents I have spoken with can give me a status or a supervisor but they were happy to charge the cost of shipment to me. Very FRAUDULENT!!!!! Funny how they were quick to bill but very clueless about how to help thereafter!
