Every piece of blue has been eliminated from my wardrobe. The Revival has begun. The ReviVILLE has begun. The passion in the minds & hearts of Card Nation is like no other.
“The revolution commenced before the war began. It was in the minds and hearts of the people.” -John Adams
Don't ever lie to an introvert. You can't. It's impossible. They're extremely observant. They notice everything. Seriously, everything. Change in tone, body language, your eyes, your energy, and your whole vibe. They'll catch you. Trust me on that. Don't even try.
Don't even try to hide anything from an introvert. You'll fail. One hundred percent. They'll sniff it. A drop in tone. A change in expression. A shift in pattern. They see everything. You can't hide it. Trust me. You can't.
Introverts don't talk, they observe. Your body, your expressions, your words. They hear not what you say, but what you don't. They may not say a word, but believe me they've got graphs, charts, and behavioral spreadsheets running in their heads.
Teachers, behavior management isn’t about being the rule enforcer (waiting to respond to misbehavior) but reinforcing routines, expectations, and creating conflict resolution strategies. This positively changes the classroom culture.
The district doesn’t prioritize it. They focus on academics, but don’t understand that without Maslow, there is no Bloom. I talk until I’m blue in the face and I get nothing. We have to pull back because I don’t have the resources to move forward with fidelity.
