Got a fitbit to help me recover from a hiking injury without overdoing it ... I made it to 10k steps today! I'm hoping the injury clears up by the time I reach 20k steps ... 1k steps at a time!
My snacking habits started to get questionable so I thought I'd try Kachava. The servings are pretty big, I can have half a serving before work and the other on my lunch break. The vanilla is mild enough that I can add other flavors for variety. It was also on sale on eBay.
I didn't wait to dry brine my chicken breast before sticking it in the sous vide. I am hoping I can just leave it in the juices overnight and have the same effect, then stick it in the nuwave to brown a little before serving.
It looks like I get a little break at work. A good handful of our clients are going on holiday until the 30th. Just in time, I have an exam scheduled for Tuesday and today was the first day I was able to study for it!
Ok, I'm back at my Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 studies. I completed the theory segments and just went through queries. My last topic is Apex and Triggers which I'll hit tomorrow and review next week.
Apparently, I have a lack of imagination when it comes to my kimchi ... new ideas to try: add to cottage cheese and add to salad (possibly both). Mind blown. Need to go shopping asap ๐
Been looking into the world of sous vide this weekend in an attempt to get my head out of cert grinding. I'm not quite ready to take the plunge but it doesn't look too expensive to get started!
