There is a viral video trend of adults trying to get into children's swings.

There have been a number of incidents where people have become stuck and have needed the fire service to cut them free.

How many of us use our laptops while sitting on the sofa or in bed last thing at night?

Never leave your laptop charging on any soft furnishings such as sofas or beds - the battery can get very hot and build up heat which can potentially cause a fire.

It's important to look after you mental health, one way to help boost your mood and help relieve stress is to exercise. There are many ways you can do this from going for a walk, running or by lifting weights.
