@MohammedAlo There’s not a right or wrong answer here but there is more downside risk in putting the money in the market, or risk spending it. Not everyone has great personal finance discipline, so dropping 260K into a mortgage even if low interest is the lowest risk most secure return.

@CanesDavid I have found success using co-pilot, I use prompt agent to describe a slide I want. Then plug the prompt into designer within powerpoint. I tend to present visually and with minimal text.

Asking co-pilot to create an entire ppt from a single text block has not worked well
