I lived and drove like a resident, but still traveled and enjoyed life. Paying off debt doesn’t always have to be scorched earth method. With deliberate and consistent planning I’m #debtfree 24mon from res graduation. Thanks for the motivation -> @WCInvestor @PhysicianOnFIRE

@WWitever13375 @drhoeflinger He said he started his journey 40 years ago. 22 is the typical age most start medical school. This is usually after 4 years of undergrad starting at 18.

@InvestingDoc how are you measuring that ?

[lgaard @Lgaard]

@EricSpracklen Why would I get crushed? I bought 6 yrs ago in the midwest and have 2.5% fixed 30yr…no intention to move.

@MohammedAlo There’s not a right or wrong answer here but there is more downside risk in putting the money in the market, or risk spending it. Not everyone has great personal finance discipline, so dropping 260K into a mortgage even if low interest is the lowest risk most secure return.

@DividendDad1 hell yeah, all in on copilot. At least for the business enterprise section…I dont think they will get market share for personal AI use

[lgaard @Lgaard]

@Copilot how can I get access ? currently m365 business tenant for hospital system

[lgaard @Lgaard]

@MarketPalmer_ Lifestyle inflation and divorce issues covers probably 90% of them

[lgaard @Lgaard]

@CanesDavid I have found success using co-pilot, I use prompt agent to describe a slide I want. Then plug the prompt into designer within powerpoint. I tend to present visually and with minimal text.

Asking co-pilot to create an entire ppt from a single text block has not worked well

@FinFreedom414 B and it ain’t close.

[lgaard @Lgaard]

@joshuapliu Awesome. I'm the CQO at our system and I just joined our organizational AI governance committee...I'm looking at ways to leverage AI to improve quality and this post is a great example! Going to take a look at Seamless. Very cool!
