@brodriguesco I routinely get this error, also with Matrix. Usually it's because renv (or the base installer) downloades a package by source, either from the wrong repository or the dev version

"Attributes should generally be thought of as ephemeral. For example, most attributes are lost by most operations: (...)
To preserve other attributes, you’ll need to create your own S3 class"
@RandVegan If the dataframe is a lazy table, sometimes they work without issues. Such as {skimr}:
tbl_mtcars <- dplyr::tbl(con, "mtcars")
tbl_mtcars |> skimr::skim()
@RandVegan You shouldn't, most {tidyverse} args support empty arguments! Every time rlang::list2() is used behind the scenes (this also works if you want to create a list)
@GenthianPrigas@kennedymwavu You don't have to manage anything: these compress and decompress automatically
readr::write_csv(mtcars, "data.csv.gz")
readr::read_csv("data.csv.gz")
(in the past read_* could lock the file, now it doesn't by default)
@TylerJBurch {crosstalk} is so underrated and underdeveloped, it's the only 100% offline solution to create interactive tools without coding too much, or setting up a static server (Quarto + OJS, WebR, Quarto + shinylive)
@stephenjwild I challenged myself to avoid annotation grobs (it would have probably been much simpler), and play with the clipping instead (data is made up, but it's on the same idea) 😅
Also, I couldn't use {ggrepel} to simultaneously add the textbox and the connector
