Retired from State of Idaho about 5 1/2 years ago. found out I had Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis about the same time. I am now ready for a lung transplant.

@Delta Refund requested 3/27, and have a conf number. Delta had cancelled the flight for 3/30-4/13. It has been 30 business days now, and still no refund. Flights pd for by cc and miles - first class tickets. NOT a happy Delta customer at this time.😤😤

@delta. Refund request 3/27 due to Delta cancellation. Still waiting, and I keep getting told it is in process. It’s been a month now, not great service. It was a first class ticket to St Thomas to see family. Not a prompt refund as required by DOT. NOT a happy customer.
