@erinbschroeder We have a writing team and a publishing team. So the writing team crafts the content outside the CMS and then submits it for publish team to build in CMS. We have a template in Word online but also looking at GatherContent for the template & style guidance features.

@khalisaandco Todoist! I find it is simple enough to offset the friction of pulling out my phone to type the reminder, and complex enough when I want it to be (tags, color coding, etc). I adore it. Also syncs across devices and desktop.
