Microwave part stopped working completely because the cavity hasn't been repaired from June when the complaint was raised. Thats 4.months!

@SamsungIndia I have been in touch since June over private channels only. Because Samsung didn't solve my.problem that I raised in June, 4 months later my microwave part has stopped working completely. Definitely didn't expect it from Samsung such shocking lack of customer-centricity.

Never buy a Samsung microwave/oven product. I am an unfortunate customer. They promised a 10 year warranty and are now not holding their end of the promise
