@FirstWestYorks I'm not making a note every time this happens (shouldn't have to), but most services I use in the morning (before 9am) it occurs. Are drivers being told to terminate the service early? If layover capacity is a problem (before next service starts), the timetable should be changed.

@FirstWestYorks multiple instances in the last few weeks of the 7S not completing its route to final stop on Boar Lane, including this morning's 0836 from Shadwell. I've complained about this multiple times in the past and never seems to change

@FirstWestYorks Yes it is, he refused to finish the route to Station C. I boarded at Shadwell terminus at 0709.

Hi @FirstWestYorks, why do several of your 7S drivers not complete the full Leeds-bound route to the final stop on Boar Lane, and instead stop outside Trinity. This happens even when the bus is behind schedule getting to the final stop.

@FirstWestYorks Hello, can you confirm what the diversions are for the 7S for Leeds Light Night? It appears that Boar Lane services are disrupted, but changed to the 7S aren't listed on the WY Metro disruptions page?

@FirstWestYorks Just that the driver terminated in the wrong place, so in this case it wasn't 🤷‍♂️

@FirstWestYorks 😂 see you've now updated the time on your diversion page after reading my tweet. Driver still terminated at the car wash on Sheepscar whereas page says service should go to Eastgate. Your updates aren't really worth reading if they're not correct?

@FirstWestYorks Not this morning, although he still set off late for no apparent reason, but they have been in the past.

@FirstWestYorks Can you please tell your 7S drivers to set off from Shadwell terminus on time? So often, including the 0709 this morning, they're sat on their phones for 5/10/15mins sometimes after their scheduled departure. Ridiculous.
