The Mexican fans were just incredible. The noise they made, the atmosphere they created and they are still partying. They've been astonishing. They were howling the place down - but then stopped out of respect for England's national anthem. Different level. Class.
To everyone in Mexico City who made England supporters feel so welcome over the last few days, thank you. What an incredible city you have, and even better people.
For those who travelled from England, this will be remembered as one of the favourite away trips. Thank you to everyone who organised, hosted and welcomed us with such warmth and respect.
From the Chihuahuas at our Fans’ Embassy to the Lucha Libre, to the bars and the restaurants, the incredible stadium atmosphere and the respect shown after the final whistle, it’s been a trip we’ll never forget.
Now it’s on to Miami (via anywhere and everywhere in between), but we hope our paths cross again soon. 🏴🤝🇲🇽

Dear @FA, can we invite Mexico for a Wembley friendly, please? Outside Azteca, England fans swapping shirts with Mexicans, England fans and Mexicans drinking and singing together. Mexico been wonderful hosts. Be great to see them and their fans at Wembley. Not been since 2010.
