@threehares @TheSilentG Not just the messenger (with his multiple AirB&Bs) tainting it; you have to apply to have a boardinghouse, you have to pay taxes as rent is a source of income etc.,. The app is through the gvt so they will have a list of "landlords" which means more tax money to them and no 1/2

@threehares @TheSilentG Under the table helping people through this app. Your bills (like power, water if youre on city) go up because you are helping someone, but the gvt has not removed any legal red tape that would motivate people to help.
