@MarkTheBrewer What I saw on the weekend was a guy sporting a sweet mullet enjoying a beer and snack with his wife. Then jumping out of his seat and rushing outside to help some customer set up an umbrella so they didn’t roast in the sun. No bravado no shouts for staff to help - just doing good
