@AskCapitalOne I am already a Capital One customer and was denied a card from you, according to your letter, because of too many credit inquiries when the only one on my report is from your company running a credit check when I applied for the card No one can explain to me how that makes sense
@Teleflora Really unhappy with service from @Teleflora. My flowers were supposed to be delivered on May 13 and my order has been delayed twice now and still has not been delivered! I will definitely not be using this company ever again to order flowers.
@AmazonHelp Yes I already knew that from my conversation with customer service. I am disappointed that I was misinformed by another rep that I would have it by today, after it has already been delayed since February, with no solution other than to wait and see if it is delivered this time.
Can I just say that @amazon has the worst customer service ever!! Problem not solved and wouldn't give me the contact information for their "concerned" department. I guess since they make so much money they dont have to care. #terriblecustomerservice#amazon
@AmazonHelp When I spoke to a customer service rep they ensured me delivery by today 3/21, but I received a notification today that it would be delayed yet again. Talked to customer service again and they said it won't be in stock until March 26. Been waiting for this item since February.
@AmazonHelp I placed an order on 2/19 and it has been delayed several times. I spoke to a customer service representative who ensured me of delivery by 3/21 and I just received another delay notification. I spoke to another rep and my issue is still unresolved..still waiting for my order
