People who have worked with Mourinho in recent weeks say he has remained a VERY DIRECT manager who is approachable with the players and all of the club’s staff, that he is STRAIGHTFORWARD and that he demands the ABSOLUTE MOST from his players in EVERY DRILL.

He has been VERY involved in EVERY department at Real Madrid—working closely with the medical staff, physical therapists, analysts, and other areas of the club, with the goal of staying FULLY INFORMED about EVERY SINGLE MOVE.
