@shelbyeirich1 @ElaineB33484343@AidennEvansMimi I want to keep video recording my class for all the small interactions between my students that I miss when I’m with another group. I basically want to eavesdrop on them.
@AidennEvansMimi A3 I am a more focused teacher with more tools for classroom management and differentiated instruction. I am more aware of my shortcomings in the classroom but I feel better equipped to address them. #tncohort
@ElaineB33484343@AidennEvansMimi@mikenelon I’ve enjoyed the mix of experience levels while also sometimes feeling like the program wasn’t adapted enough to teachers with widely varying students ages, ie doing projects with a high school teacher while I’m a kindergarten teacher.
@hazelyjlee@AidennEvansMimi I really agree with this. There are teachers in my cohort who I respect so much and I’d love to watch them work in their classroom. I just don’t have the time with other homework and teaching. #tncohort
@AidennEvansMimi Q2 I know we’re constantly writing reflections, but I’d like to revisit the first class I taught in mod8 and write about how I’d change it. I’ll re teach the unit next year, but even now there are things I’d change and new habits I’d add.#tncohort
@AidennEvansMimi I'm having trouble seeing everyone's responses. Do I just have to follow #tncohort or click on it to see the chat? Right now my screen seems like just you and me. Which is cosy, but not that educational.
A1 Feedback meetings with my mentor! She's experienced, knowledgeable, and challenges me. I've learned from her and she's told me that she's enjoyed getting to know my students. Without the clinical, she wouldn't have spent time at all in kindy this year. #tncohort https://t.co/kAIe9UoZn2
