Beyond all the hassle we’ve been put through, being laugh at by @SouthwestAir crew was certainly the worst part. I get everyone is stressed out, but respect should be table stakes. Pretty disappointing!

Not feeling the @SouthwestAir #LUV tonight. After 4 hours of delays, flight got pushed to next morning, so we are stuck at @DallasLoveField for the night. No food or lodging provided, and got a laughter from desk crew when asked about compensation for hotel+car reservation missed

Hey @AirCanada just got denied boarding to a flight with the allegation COVID test was not correct, even though no one was able to explain what was missing. Had to take another test at the airport, which had EXACTLY the same information my prior test had, and it got accepted.
