@qatarairways 2/2 When I this up to the Qatar staff she said is no point complaining and I should just proceed to the security almost shouting at me. At the very least, as a paying customer with a so called premium airlines, I expected some politeness and empathy.

@qatarairways 1/2 Really bad check in experience at Heathrow for QR 0010. I am flying with an infant but there was no help provided and I had to stand in long queue with the baby for 1 hr 15 min. The overall check in process was chaotic and the staff were extremely rude.
