Trick-or-treating is prohibited in Lowell this year to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and we're encouraging residents to consider public health guidance in developing alternative plans. Skip indoor events and large gathering, and stick with outdoor or virtual activities instead.
According to the most recent report from DPH, Lowell's positivity rate among residents tested for COVID-19 has decreased to 1.1% (14day average), below the state average. The City is also continuing to see a decline in new cases.
Let's keep doing what we can to keep Lowell safe.
