@yellowacebts Jakoze to je proste spatne podle me noo, ale tak alespon si z toho můžete delat prdel 😭 , nejdůležitější je asi hlídat hlavně kolena, protože cokoli začínajíc od plie kdyz nejdou kolena stranou, ale dopředu it can get really bad, vždycky musí jít směrem nad chodidlo

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

Jinak to this day i kdyz ucim deti tak mi vypadávají nektere ty názvy lol

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

@yellowacebts Also regarding the music, that’s my favorite part to pick out music for my classes always haha, there are soooo many options on Apple Music including classical version of YMCA, midnight sun and so many more its so funny

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

@yellowacebts Girl I feel like most of the ballet teacher nowadays don’t know how to teach beginners it’s awful, I always hear stories from my friends and I hate it…I feel like ballet is about technique and going slow so idk why beginners are suddenly having full blown professional exercises

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

@yellowacebts Also the fact that for example grassl isnt even mentioned 😭

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

Couldn’t watch but why do taschlerovi have such a low TES???

Someone’s upload of Mrazeks fd from last week has already over 18k views on YouTube??? Oh this is so gonna be their blow up season

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

The double axel actually looking better than ever? I wonder if she’s still working on her triple axel, because it most certainly looks possible

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

@satokomiyaharas To be fair, I think cpom were a tiny bit messy at certain parts so that might have influenced it, I obviously am a mrazeks fan but I myself was surprised that the gap was this tiny. Mrazeks are from a tiny fed so i dont really think they are necessarily being pushed to the front

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

another week another menning in ice dance

Nebelhorn Trophy - Ice Dance Final results

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

@yellowacebts Literally that could have been another gold if they wouldn’t had completely flop during the rd 🫠

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

Carreira/Ponomarenko im obssesed but i need more dramaaaa, the costume needs to be uglier and in my personal totally unbiased and not based on anything opinion Christina should have a short hair wig, but i loveee the actual ballet lifts imitations

[щербатски @mustberobbinss]

they’re so insane for whatever it is

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

Manon, Giselle, Sleeping beauty, Don Quixote, Romeo and Juliet …as a ballet dancer and a figure skating fan this season I’m in heaven

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

Manon is my favorite ballet ever 😭😭😭I can’t believe somebody is actually using the music and especially part from the final pas de deux, it always makes me cry so I have big expectations from this 😭😭😭

Christina Carreira and Anthony Ponomarenko 🇺🇸 perform Free Dance during Saturday practice at 2026 Nebelhorn Trophy

(You need to forgive me for people passing by...)

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

@yellowacebts Oh this Sofia?! How tf did he get her, like he has to be really funny or something 😭

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

@yellowacebts Also its still really close to third place so there’s a little chance they medal

[Lia @lia_mrazeksstan]

@yellowacebts Apparently yes 😭but at least they get their one yearly mess up out of the way for the rest of the season
