according to members themselves

so, the story follows bonekdo who "trapped" in a time-loop. at first, the members appear to be living ordinary everyday lives, each going about their own routine. but they are actually undercover agents working to prevent a crisis threatening the world.

THE PROBLEM IS that they keep failing. every time they fail, the world resets and they are sent back to the beginning, forcing them to repeat the same events over and over again.

at the center of it all is jaehyun, who appears as a shogi player controlling the game board. the shogi pieces are actually the other 5 members, representing how he is trying to figure out how to move everyone into the right position and change their fate.

one of the most important moments comes when taesan is shot. but instead of reacting with surprise, he barely flinches bcs he is experienced this countless times before. it's almost as if he is thinking "i got hit again. so it's starting over again" HOWEVER! this time something changes. leehan crosses out a number on his notepad, and that gives jaehyun the realization he needs. he finally understands how the loop works and figures out how they can win.

this connects to the scene where woonhak ties jaehyun's shoelaces. woonhak is basically telling him to go forward, while jaehyun stands behind him with his hands behind his back. the hand gesture he makes represents good luck, hinting that jaehyun has finally discovered the answer. at the end, jaehyun moves the shogi piece onto a blue square, leading into the mv's open ending.

the color blue (chroma blue) is actually one of the biggest clues throughout the mv. it represents an error in the world, the fact that something about this reality is distorted. that's why taesan's eyes suddenly turn blue. it's not that he has gained some special ability or that he is secretly an android. rather, the sudden change is a hint that an error has occurred in this world.

the same idea appears with leehan, who is seen trying to erase the blue squares. his actions represent the members attempting to eliminate the world's errors one by one. riwoo also knocks over the cup with blue tea, while jaehyun attempts to cover the blue square with his shogi piece. each member is, in their own way, trying to "fix" the broken world.

and then there is woonhak, who has a particularly important role! while the other members are confined to their respective spaces, woonhak is the one who can freely move between them. he appears in each member's location and gathers information about what's happening. he is the one who holds the key to the situation. almost like a spy! but he is actually on the members' side, secretly helping them.

he observes everyone's situation and reports back to jaehyun "sungho is doing this.. taesan is doing rhis.. etc" he gathers all the information, allowing jaehyun to understand the bigger picture and figure out the winning move.

if you watch all the way through the end credits, there is an 'EXIT' written at the end, which makes it seem like the story is finished. but even then, one blue square is still left behind. that is the clue that it is not actually over. their journey isnt over, and the adventure has only just begun.
